Seniors train on Thursday evenings at the Club grounds starting at 6.00pm.

The Colts have coaching sessions every Sunday morning from 9.30 am until 12.00 at the Club grounds.

The Women's section train on Saturday mornings between 10 am until 12.00 at the Club grounds.

Any one interested is welcome to turn up at the appropriate session.
